Option 2 does NOT include lodging. You are selecting to make your own arrangements off site at a local hotel or bed and breakfast. If you select this option, breakfast is not included, however, we will still provide lunch, dinner, and any beverages and snacks while on-site for the workshop.

50% deposit refund 30-59 days before retreat start date

0% deposit refund 0-29 days before retreat start date

You may cancel your reservation and request a refund by emailing Hello@CampWAO.org. If you're unable to cancel your reservation prior to the 30-day cut-off time, you may choose to transfer your ticket to another person or you may reach out to Camp WAO to see if we have any participants on our waiting list who are willing to purchase your ticket. If you sell or transfer your ticket to another participant, you must notify Camp WAO immediately, and at least seven days prior to the event so that we may contact the new participate and add them to our mailing list for updates and event details. Camp WAO reserves the right to refuse modifications.

You can secure your spot today, when you put down a deposit payment of only $499 today.

Remaining Balance:

• Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
• If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
• If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable.

Please note: We will reach out to you directly by phone or email to confirm your reservation option details. You will also be emailed on a monthly basis with an invoice of the remaining balance which will allow you to make monthly payments if you choose. You may also make a lump sum payment of the balance at any time prior to August 15, 2024. Your seat is reserved as long as you adhere to the payment requirements as stated above.

All meals offered will be protein-packed to fuel our bodies for a high-activity week. Our goal is to provide meals that are 100% natural, unprocessed, and healthy. This means that all meals will be free of processed grains, GMOs and other toxic environmental ingredients found in the conventional standard American Diet. We embrace an omnivore diet, however; we value our sisters who choose a plant-based life-style. If you have any special dietary needs, please share your preferences during the onboarding and we will make sure that you have delicious options that cater to your dietary needs.

Alethea Jimison and Marielena Zendejas are the visionary owners of Camp WAO, a retreat center dedicated to holistic wellness and creative exploration. Their passion for fostering community, health, and artistic expression shapes the unique experiences offered at Camp WAO, making it a sanctuary for those seeking rejuvenation and inspiration. Together, they have cultivated a space where nature and nurture converge, welcoming guests to discover personal growth and connection through carefully curated events and workshops.

Maya Simand, a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner and Holistic Cancer Coach, brings her expertise to the Goddess Building Retreat. With a journey from overcoming cancer through holistic health, Maya is dedicated to nourishing the body and soul. She will be crafting the retreat's menu, focusing on organic wholefood meals that support wellness and healing, ensuring each dish is a testament to her belief in the power of nutrition for transformative health.

Amy is known as an intuitive artist and land sculpturist. The focus of her work is in turning land into form and bridging connection between people and the natural world. Created from materials found on the land where they are built, each sculpture naturally emerges as a personification of the land itself. Amy will guide participants in her unique process of creating a goddess sculpture from start to finish - embodying the art experiences spirit of creativity, and empowerment.
